Most people that know me, know of my history of running. It was something I did on and off most of my life. It is also something that my husband and I shared. I loved being fit. I basically thought I had no limits. Long story short, I found I had limits. These physical limitations brought many beautiful changes into my life. It also brought some sadness and confusion on what I was physically able to do. I eventually returned to walking and hiking. I also tried personal trainers and gyms, but never found the right place. I still miss being physical fit.
